Muffin Tin Monday– Lunch!

Welcome to Muffin Tin Monday! Every Monday, we gather here at Muffin Tin Mom to share the Muffin tin meals we made for our kids. I am the host and lots of other moms share through the link up below. Muffin Tin Meals or muffin tin lunches as they are sometimes called, are a fantastic and creative way to get you “picky eater” or palate challenged toddler preschooler of child to try and eat new foods or complex textures.

 Muffin Tin Meals can also be a ton of fun. Taking a trip to a theme park? Why not create a few cute creative themed muffin tin meals to celebrate your adventure?
Too much food for your little one? Try using silicone cupcake liners and offering only 3-4 choices.




In this muffin meal: nitrate free deli-sliced ham, sliced oranges, tortilla roll-ups with cheese, sliced cucumbers, watermelon, and some chocolate chips.
